Nick Canfield is an NYC-born filmmaker who has been working largely in Documentary for over a decade. He developed an observational style while working closely with his mentor, legendary filmmaker Albert Maysles. Together, Nick and Diana aim to create films that feel authentic and blur the line between observation and narrative. His debut feature documentary film, The Reverend, won the audience award at DOC NYC film festival in 2021. 

Diana Arnold is a New York City playwright and performer. Her original one woman shows 86’d and Session, have been produced on Theatre Row, and her most recent play On the Table has been a recurring Main Stage show at Dixon Place. She often blends her poetry and wry comedic monologue to tell New York stories. Her debut collection of poetry, IF / WHEN, is now available on amazon from Kelsay Books, and On The Table is currently streaming on Indieflix.

 In our work we aim to employ real life service industry workers to tell their authentic stories. As Producers we believe in giving a voice to the often overlooked individuals in service, and portraying restaurants in a more honest light.
